Rooms

All 22 ensuite bedrooms are stunningly unique and different in their own way, offering a modern aesthetic built around comfort. Each room is named after Peaks, Lakes and Towns of the Lake District.

On the ground floor there are 4 bedrooms with 2 having accessible access. These rooms are all dog friendly.

The first floor has 11 rooms all with superking hybrid mattresses for an optimal night sleep. Guests booking for up to 32 guests will have access to the ground and 1st floors and all facilities within the house.

The second floor consists of 7 rooms and can be opened up to create room for 16 additional guests.
